Get answers to frequently asked questions about managing your VisionFund account. Learn how to make transactions, check balances, and access account information.

Frequently asked questions

You can check your account balance by:

  •   Dialing *653# on your mobile phone (no internet required)
  •   Using the VisionFund App (requires internet)
  •   Visiting your nearest VisionFund branch

If you forget your mobile banking password, visit your nearest VisionFund branch or call the 9310-customer line for further information.

Fill application form at any VisionFund MFI branch

There are two ways of using mobile banking service

  The first one is:

  •       Dial *653# (No need of internet)
  •       Insert your password
  •       Select the option you want

  The second one is:

  •       Download “VisionFund App” from Play Store or App store (It requires internet data)
  •       Insert your password
  •       Select the option you want

Please don’t share your pin/password to anyone

You can transfer funds between your accounts by using the VisionFund App, mobile banking (*653#), or visiting any branch for assistance.
